Where is the ESF located?
Inside the 1907 heritage building located at 1024 Main St. near the Terminal train station.  It's a 10,000 sq.ft. venue that hosts the market on two floors, as well as six artisan showrooms and private artist studios upstairs.  

What is admission to the market?
$3 for single day entry, or $5 for all weekend.

How much are vendor fees?
This depends on the size of booth and season. Weekend vendor fees range from $50 -$300. For more info, and to apply please go to our application form here.

How often is the market?
In the Fall (Sept - mid-November) the market is every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday 11-5pm, with select Friday evening events as well. Starting November 17th 2017 the market will run every weekend for the holiday season!

How many vendors are at the market?
We host anywhere from 40-50 local vendors at each market, not including the six showrooms to shop as well.

What kinds of goods can I find at the market?
We've always liked to think there's something for everybody at the Flea! You can expect to find everything from antiques & collectibles to vintage clothing, vinyl records, handmade jewelry and soaps, art, artisan eats & more!

Are there ATM's at the building?
Yes!

Is there food at the market?
Yes, we have rotating local food trucks at every market. Some of our regulars include Tacofino, Via Tevere, Aussie Pie Guy, Disco Cheetah & more!

Are dogs allowed?
You bet. Dogs on leash are permitted in the market.
